How do I book a location scout?

Contact us by phone or email and we will schedule a walkthrough at a time that works for your team.

What is a First Hold?

A First Hold reserves your preferred dates at no cost while you finalize your production schedule. If another production requests the same dates, we will contact you for confirmation.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for the best availability. However, we can often accommodate shorter timelines.

Can I book multiple sets at once?

Yes. Many productions book several sets simultaneously. We will work with you to create a package that fits your shooting schedule.

What is included in the studio rate?

Standard studio access includes the standing sets, power, basic lighting grid, green rooms, parking, and Wi-Fi. Additional equipment and crew can be arranged separately.

Do you offer long-term rates?

Yes. We offer discounted rates for productions booking one week or longer. Contact us for details.

Do you work with Toronto productions?

Yes. Digital Canaries is in Hamilton, Ontario, about an hour by road from Toronto, and works with film, television and commercial productions from Toronto, the GTA and across Ontario. The 243 Queen Street flagship has production basecamp, crew parking and cast and crew holding on site.
