Secure Receiving Dock
A secure receiving entrance behind a chain-link gate: authorized-vehicles-only signage, bollards and a gravel compound.
Secure Receiving Dock is a proposed exterior location setting at Digital Canaries, an independent film studio in Hamilton, Ontario, about an hour from Toronto. The building exists today — gated compound on one of our lots, photographed below as it stands — it is just not dressed this way yet. The rendering shows the redress; a production registers interest, and it is built to order for its dates.
A secure government or institutional receiving dock: a Secure Receiving sign over double steel doors, yellow bollards, wall lights, a Receiving / Deliveries directional sign, a concrete barrier and a chain-link gate marked Authorized Vehicles Only, on a gravel compound with trees behind.
The base: A low dark-clad building with a pitched metal roof and a block base on a gravel lot, with room for a chain-link gate.
Signage, graphics and dressing shown are placeholders and change per production. The controlled exterior at 190 Britannia is the one exterior standing set shootable today; everything on this page is proposed.
